Harriet Anne Rhodes, 74, of Crisfield, MD, died September 3, 2022, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, MD.

Born Harriet Anne Fuller in Welch, WV, on June 17, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Allan "Red" and Nina Fuller.

She moved to Baltimore with her family in 1954, graduating from Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School in 1966. After graduation, she became a secretary at the law firms of Hooper, Kiefer, Cornell and O'Ferrall, and Skeen and Roach.

In 1976, she married her husband, Frank Rhodes, moving to Crisfield in 1978. There, she worked for many years as a secretary for attorney Wade Ward and as an insurance agent at Tawes Insurance, from which she retired in 2014.

In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family; trying new recipes; playing slot machines online and in person; watching soap operas, crime shows and game shows; and catching up on social media. She also was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children, Jason Rhodes and wife Kelly Saul of Millsboro, DE, and Carrie Rhodes and partner Stan Smith of Salisbury, MD; two step-grandchildren, Lauryn Dennis of Millsboro, and Aidan Smith of Salisbury; one brother-in-law, Wayne Butcher of Hampstead, MD; two nieces, Lori Butcher-Benjamin of Orrtana, PA, and Amy Butcher Breda of Reisterstown, MD; and one nephew, Chris Butcher, of Westminster, MD.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Karen Butcher of Hampstead, and Barbara Fuller of Towson, MD.

Funeral services officiated by Rev. Jerry Hughes will be held Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 7-9 PM. Interment will be in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery.
