Gloria Ray Evans, 87, of Crisfield, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin in Princess Anne.

Born on Smith Island February 12, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Bertha Evans Bradshaw.  Her husband, Wayne W. Evans, preceded her in death October 5, 2005.

She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Crisfield.  She had a great love for her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  She also loved animals and took in many over the years.

She is survived by her children, Linda Evans Dize of Salisbury, Wayne Steven Evans and wife Brigid of Marion Station, and Ellen Marie Evans of Salisbury; her brother, Wesley Bradshaw and wife Faye of Ewell; two grandchildren, Shaun Dize Updike and husband Frank of Seaford and Christopher Wheatley of Hurlock; four great-grandchildren, Krue Updike, Finlee Updike, Ledger Updike, and Christopher Wheatley, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Merrill Bradshaw, Julian Bradshaw, and Milford Bradshaw.

Funeral services officiated by Pastor Alyssa Nantt will be Friday, November 30, 2018 at 11 AM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a viewing will be one hour prior.  Interment will be in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
