Gilbert B. Howard, 66, of Crisfield, died Friday, January 5, 2024 at Salisbury Nursing Home.

Born in Crisfield on March 22, 1957, he was a son of Ruth Landon Howard of Crisfield and the late William Howard.

He was a waterman who loved being on the water and being outside.  A "Jack of all Trades", he enjoyed helping others with carpentry work, painting and everything in between.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Josh Moore of Salisbury; a grandson, Brent Howard; his sister, Anita Bradshaw of Crisfield; an aunt, Patsy Woodland of Portsmouth; a special cousin, Faith Northrop of New Hampshire; and several other cousins and many friends.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Phil D. Howard; and a brother-in-law, Julian "Jukie" Bradshaw.

A memorial service officiated by the Rev. Stephen S. Willing will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home. A visitation will be one hour prior.
