Frances Hastings Talmo, of Frankford, DE, died Saturday, December 24, 2016 at her home.

Born in Marion Station, MD, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Tressie Elliott Windsor.

A graduate of Marion High School, she was bookkeeper at Super Fresh for 30 years before her retirement.

She was very family oriented and enjoyed traveling with her family to Skyline Drive. She also loved to shop.

She is survived by her loving husband and caregiver, Louis V. Talmo of Frankford; a daughter, Sandra Hastings of Seaford; a granddaughter, Amanda Hastings; a great-granddaughter, Nico Costango; two brothers, Earl Windsor and wife Ann of Hebron, MD and Carlton Windsor of Crisfield, MD; a sister, Peggy Disney of Salisbury, MD; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Robert Windsor, Jr., William Windsor, Thomas Windsor, Weldon Windsor, and Royce Windsor; and one sister, Ann Boblaski.

Funeral services officiated by the Rev. Stephen S. Willing will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 12 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield, MD where a viewing will be one hour prior. Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Marion Station.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
