FRANCES LANDON "TINK" BRADSHAW, 81, of Crisfield, died Friday, September 7, 2007 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.
Born in Crisfield on April 10, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Irma Ward Landon. Her husband, Arthur Fred Bradshaw, died July 23, 2004.
A graduate of Crisfield High School's class of 1943, and a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Crisfield, she was a home health aid who loved all her patients. Her last three patients, Mrs. Green of Rehobeth, Mrs. Williams of Pocomoke, and Mrs. Yeager of Princess Anne, adopted her as family and helped with her care during her illness.
She is survived by four children, Cynthia "Tutti" Sterling, Michael "Bo" Sterling, and Bruce Bradshaw, all of Crisfield and Briget Simpkins and her husband Rex of Eden; one brother, Wallace Landon of Crisfield; six grandchildren, Lynda Warner and her husband Mike of Texas, Gene Ward, Jr. and his wife Jess of North Carolina, Gretchen Fritz and her husband Jason of Connecticut,Rachel and Emma Simpkins of Eden and Jessica Lynn Bradshaw of Chincoteague; six great-grandchildren, Autumn, Sarah and Shannon Fritz, Sabrina Warner, and Erin and Ashleigh Ward; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Landon.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield where friends may call one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Jeffrey James and Pastor Charles Adams will officiate. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park in Crisfield.
