Gregory Mister, 65, of Crisfield, died Monday, May 25, 2015 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born in Crisfield July 27, 1949 he was a son of the late James and Floris Landon Mister.

A graduate of Crisfield High School class of 1968, he was a retired warehouse manager at Rubberset Corporation in Crisfield working 39 years from July 6, 1970 until May 11, 2010. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was a former member of the Crisfield Lions Club.

A World War II history buff and a cat lover, he also loved taking care of his yard and flowers, especially his roses, and enjoyed traveling and going out to eat.

He is survived by his devoted companion, Teresa Nelson of Westover; his special friends, Mark and Maron Atkins and Clayton "Ricky" and Anna Laird, all of Crisfield; a special niece, Holly Kauffman and her family of Crisfield; a half brother, Roy Spires of Delmar, DE; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters, Richard A. "Dickie" Mister, Billy Spires, Jimmy Lee Mister, Jacqueline Mister and Deborah Horner.

A memorial service with military honors will be held Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where friends may visit 30 minutes prior. The Rev. Bob Daniels and Rev. Michael Lokey will officiate.
