Emma Jean Cullen, infant daughter of Ashley Marie Garpstas and Brian Joel Cullen of Crisfield, passed away peacefully at The Johns Hopkins Hospital on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 surrounded by her family. She had been fighting Noonan's Syndrome since she was born on October 24, 2020.

Emma Jean is survived by her parents, Ashley Garpstas and Brian Cullen; her big sister, Anabelle Lee Hauf; grandparents, Carlene and Kenny Wells, Brian and Kelly Garpstas, and Billy and Tina Cullen; great-grandparents, Jo Ellen Shanks and Ruby Cullen; aunts and uncles, Amber and Alex Fernau, Emily Garpstas, Shane Wells, Aaron Garrison, Chrissi and David Quillen, and Billy Cullen, Jr.; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home at 2 PM. Rev. Stephen S. Willing will officiate.
