Elizabeth Louise "Betty" Heath, 91, of Crisfield, died Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield.
Born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania on June 24, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Beatrice Welsh Somers. Her husband, Justice Lee Heath, died June 11, 2003.
She was a homemaker and also worked at the former Carvel Hall Cutlery. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church and the Women's Civic Club and she loved to travel with her husband in her younger years.
She is survived by two children, Eddie Heath and wife Sue of Marion and Bonnie Heath of Crisfield and her boyfriend Freddie Brown of Virginia; grandchildren, Eddie Heath, Jr. and wife Donna of Crisfield, Lindsay Labo and husband Phillip "Moosie" and their son Easton, Ashlyn Heath, Jenni McDorman and husband Charles and their daughters Madi and Marli, and Leanne Pruitt and husband Jonathan and their daughters Jilli and Abby, all of Marion; and her step-sister, Betty Tyler of Crisfield.
Along with her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by a step-sister, Nancy Crockett.
A graveside memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 11 AM at Sunnyridge Memorial Park. The Rev. Stephen S. Willing will officiate.
