Elijah Lee "Trey" Wilson, III, 36, of Marion, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023.

Born October 10, 1986 in Salisbury and raised in Marion, he was the son of Elijah Lee Wilson, Jr. and Leslie Ann Lawson Wilson.

He attended Crisfield High School and was a member of First Baptist Church in Crisfield which he attended in his childhood years.  He was currently attending Compass Church in Pocomoke.

Trey was a commercial fisherman which truly was his passion along with shark hunting. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  He loved people and enjoyed helping people anyway he could.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family, and he loved being a Dad to Eli and Abel.

Along with his parents, Lee and Leslie Wilson, he is survived by the love of his life, Keisha Cooper; two sons that he adored, Elijah Lee "Eli" Wilson, IV and Abel Grant Levi Wilson; his sister and brother-in-love, Charlotte Wilson and Brandon Christian; a special niece, Emma Wilson; his maternal grandmother, "Nanny" Yvonne Lawson; aunts and uncles. Verna and Bradley Eby, Mary Doss, Becky and Ed Uhlemann, Tod and Julie Wilson, and Mike and Lisa Lawson; his Godfather, Bunky Ford; other special family members, Jerry Lankford, Tommy Johnson, and Florence May Horsey; many cousins; and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Grant "Hon" Lawson; paternal grandparents, Emma and Elijah Wilson, Sr.; and his Godmother, Vicky Ford.

A viewing will be Friday, July 14, 2023 from 6-8PM and the funeral service officiated by Pastors Trever Pusey and Gordon Nock will be Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 2 PM.  All will take place at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.  Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Marion.
