Obituary

Earl Monroe Windsor, 92, of Princess Anne and formerly of Hebron and Marion Station, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at his home.

Born in Marion Station on September 8, 1932, he was one of ten children of the late Robert and Tressie Elliott Windsor.

He was a graduate of Marion High School and for many years was head mechanic at George & Lynch in Delaware.

He was a gifted mechanic who loved tinkering and could fix anything.  He loved farming, tractors, traveling, and fellowship.  He will long be remembered for his annual picnics which brought together family, friends, and acquaintances from near and far.

He was a member of Nelsons Memorial Church in Hebron and was formerly a member of Marion and Hebron Fire Departments.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Anne Morgan Windsor of Princess Anne; three grandsons, Keith Parks and wife Katie of Trappe, Kevin Parks and wife Krissy of St. Michaels, and Reilly Bell of Huntsville, Alabama; four great-grandchildren, Adelyn Parks, Blake Parks, Emilia Parks, and Kara Parks; a sister, Peggy Disney of Salisbury; son-in-law, Keith Parks, Sr. and wife Trish of Easton; and numerous in-law's, nieces, and nephews including Darren Disney of Salisbury and Ocean City who was like a son to him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Karen Windsor Parks and Sherry Windsor Bell; and his siblings, Carlton Windsor, Bob Windsor, Ann Boblaski, Tom Windsor, James Weldon Windsor, Roy Windsor, Frances Talmo and Bill Windsor.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 12 PM at Nelsons Memorial Church in Hebron where a viewing will be from 11-12.  Pastor Charles Fiore and Pastor Jim Riley will officiate.  Interment will follow in Hebron Cemetery.
