Obituary

E. Mae Tyler Crockett, 72, of Crisfield, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

Born on Smith Island on May 17, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd S. Tyler, Jr. and Dorothy Gertrude Tyler.

A graduate of Crisfield High School class of 1962, she was retired from the Somerset County Developmental Center in Marion where she worked in client services. She was a member of Living Hope Ministries of the Eastern Shore and loved her cats and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jack Crockett of Crisfield; two sons, Sterling Grover Clough, III and wife Lorie of Earlville, MD and Michael James Clough and his companion Tina Hurley of Nanticoke; a brother, Lloyd S. Tyler, III and wife Jolene of Crisfield; two grandchildren, Katie Clough and Brandon Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, A. Jeanette Mikula; and a brother, O. Cranston Tyler.

A memorial service officiated by the Rev. LeBron Palmer will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 2 PM at the Living Hope Ministries of the Eastern Shore Church in Marion Station where the family will receive friends one hour prior.
