Obituary

Donald Lee Tull, 76, of Crisfield, passed away at the Berlin Nursing Home, in Berlin, on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009, of natural causes. He fought a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years and also served in the U.S. Air Force for 2 years, before being honorably discharged. He worked for Rental Equipment Center in Salisbury and Brooks Courier Service until he retired in 1995. He loved working with wood and mastered the art of cabinet making. He had a beautiful voice and sang on the WDMV radio station in Pocomoke City. He was born in Crisfield on May 15, 1933, to the late Willis Clayton Tull Sr. and his mother Agnes Virginia Milbourne Tull, both of Crisfield, Md. He was survived by his brother Willis Clayton (Sonny) Tull, Jr. and his wife Terri of Hunt Valley Maryland; an uncle, Bill Maddox of Crisfield and several cousins. He was survived by his children, Michael and his wife Susan Showell Tull of Pocomoke; David and his wife Donna Littleton Tull of Seaford, Del.; Jayne Tull of Pocomoke and Chris Tull Ross of Salisbury and their mother Dianne Christy Tull of Pocomoke. He was grandfather to Christy and Logan Tull of Pocomoke; David (DJ) Tull and his wife Amber Crockett Tull of Oak Hall Va.; Christopher Tull and Elizabeth Tull Sneade and her husband David Wayne of Pocomoke; Rachel Ross and her fiance Mark Thompson of Salisbury and Ryan and Katherine Ross of Salisbury, Md. He was the great grandfather of Kennedy Allison Sneade of Pocomoke, Md. He was also survived by his wife Brenda Sterling Tull and their children Dwight Devin Tull and his wife of Delaware and Donna Tull Watkins and her husband Tom of Crisfield. He was the grandfather of Laura Watkins of Crisfield, Md. He was also survived by a dear family friend Cecil Bradshaw Shannon of Pocomoke City. A private family memorial service will be held, but the family wishes to extend our sincere gratitude for the many heartfelt condolences that have been made. Our father will be forever in our hearts.
