Donald Wayne Kelley, 74, of Crisfield, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born in Salisbury on January 9, 1951, he was the son of the late Elmer Kelley and Mary Bull Kelley. Don worked as a Superintendent for Gillis Gilkerson General Contractor for more than 20 years, where he was known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Don was a member of Christ Fellowship Bible Church in Marion Station and the Crisfield Elks Lodge #1044.

A true servant, Don's life was centered on caring for others. He lovingly served as a caretaker for his first wife, Peggy "Charlene" Kelley, and for his mother-in-law, Emma, until their passing. Always a gentleman, he was chivalrous and strong, yet possessed a soft and kind soul. A skilled craftsman with meticulous attention to detail, Don took great pride in his home and in the work he accomplished over the years.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Patricia L. Kelley of Crisfield; his stepdaughter, P. Annette Brown and her husband, Keith, of Mardela Springs; two step-grandchildren, Kaleb and Keira Brown; his dear friends, Don and Linda Whayland of Hebron; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy "Charlene" Kelley; his brother, Sonny Kelley; his half-brother, Sonny Kelly; and his half-sister, Diane Lewis.

Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Stephen S. Willing, will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home. A viewing will take place from 12:00 to 1:00 PM prior to the service. Interment will follow at Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
