Obituary

Dianna Lynn Tyler, 60, of Crisfield, died Friday, December 12, 2014 at McCready Memorial Hospital.

Born in Crisfield July 29, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Fritz "Chuck" Strobel and Marynell Elliott Hinman. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Tommy Hinman, Sr.

She worked many years at Metompkin Bay Seafood in Crisfield. She was very devoted to her family and was a caretaker for everyone.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, William Edwin "Beetle" Tyler; two daughters, Becky Dinterman and husband Donnie, and Mindy Swift and husband Billy, all of Crisfield; three step-children, Beetle Tyler and wife Wanda of Crisfield, Lisa Tyler Linton of Greenbackville, and Darrell Tyler of Hawaii; seven grandchildren, Greg Cain, Jr. and wife Rebecca, Tyler Lynn Koltuk and husband Soner, Kylie Tyler, Koby Linton, Kayly Linton, LeAnna Swift, and Megan Byers and husband Jason; five great-grandchildren, A.J. Applegate, Emma Cain, Trace Cain, Ali Koltuk, and Hatice Koltuk; a brother, Fritz Strobel and wife Debbie of Crisfield; two step-brothers, Gary Hancock and wife Lucy of Rehobeth, MD, and Tommy Hinman, Jr. and wife Rhea of Crisfield; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a visitation will be one hour prior. Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to be sent to Lower Somerset County Ambulance and Rescue Squad, LSCARS, P.O. Box 406; or McCready Foundation, 201 Hall Highway; both Crisfield, MD 21817. Donations may also be sent to help care for her husband, c/o Becky Dinterman, 3297 Sackertown Road, Crisfield, MD 21817.
