Debra Ann Strobel, 60, of Crisfield, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at her home.

Born in Crisfield on January 8, 1961, she was a daughter of the late Horace Dameron, Jr. and Julia Ann Evans Dameron.

Debra was a graduate of Crisfield High School and worked at the former Fresh Pride grocery store in Crisfield. She was a member of Crisfield Wesleyan Church and the Somerset County Arts Council.

She is survived by her husband, Fritz Leon Strobel, III of Crisfield; sons, James Preston Thomas, III/Kristy of Salisbury, and Jeremy Sterling/Destiny and Justin Sterling, both of Crisfield; stepchildren, Jerry Sterling, Jr. and Teresa Benton, both of Delmar, DE, and Bruce Strobel of Crisfield; grandchildren, Michael Thomas/Sam, Joshua Thomas, Jason Sterling, and Asher Thomas; sister, Terri Dale/Barry of Crisfield; best friends, Judy Bennett and Betsy Butler; and one niece and one nephew.

Memorial services will be held at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 2 PM. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Rev. Robert Daniels will officiate.
