David Gunner William Barone, one day old infant son of David William Barone and Lowa "Gwen" Johnson of Crisfield, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

In addition to his parents, Gunner is survived by his twin brother, David "Angelo" Barone; brother, David Clayton Barone and his wife Erica and their children Cadence, Kennedi, and Maci; brother, David "Hunter" Barone and his fiancé Shelby White; maternal grandparents, William "Eddie" Johnson, Jr. and Blanche Johnson; paternal uncle, Darren L. Barone and his wife Missy; maternal aunt, Tara Recor and her son James; maternal aunt, Cheri Marcel Johnson and her children Chelsea Faith Bohn and her husband Joshua, Thomas Edward Kane and Madalyn Grace Kane; maternal aunt, Sara Newcomer and her husband Fritz and their children, Darcy and Lorelai; paternal great-aunt, Barbara Bozman and her husband Marion and their children Robin, Berry, and Linda; paternal great-uncle, Charles "Rick" Powell and his wife Ronda and their children Amy and Chris; paternal great-uncle, William "Bill" Barone and his wife Cindy and children Tina, Roxane, Deanna, Eric and Nate; paternal great-uncle, Warren Barone and his children Kim, Mike and Shawn, and Stacey; and paternal great-aunt, Jeanne Barone and husband John and their children Gary and Scott; and many maternal great aunts and uncles.

Baby Gunner was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Darlene V. and David William Barone; maternal great-grandparents, William "Bill" Edward Johnson, Sr. and Mary Marcele Johnson, and Tyra Marvin and Lowa Bauguess; paternal great-grandparents, William "Bill" and Mary Jean Barone; paternal great-grandparents, Larie and Charles "Flappy" Powell.

Graveside funeral services for family and friends will be Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 2 PM in Crisfield Cemetery.
