Obituary
DAVID BRIAN EVANS, 48, formerly of Crisfield, died Monday, April 11, 2011 while vacationing in Florida.
Born in Crisfield on February 14, 1963, he was the son of the late George D. Evans, Sr. and Cassie Brittingham Evans. His wife, Romina Evans, preceded him in death.
A 1980 graduate of Crisfield High School, he was a retired surveyor. He was a US Air Force veteran who loved football and NASCAR. He was also an avid golfer who loved to travel.
He is survived by his son, Ricky Evans of Spain; a brother, Danny Evans and wife Kim of Boston; three sisters, Diana Mason and Brandy Evans of Crisfield and Heather Labo and husband Phillip "Moose" of Marion; an aunt, Carolyn Thomas of Marion; two nephews, Brian Crockett of Michigan and Brad Mason of Crisfield; a niece, Victoria Labo of Marion; and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield where friends may call one hour prior. The Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be sent to Crisfield Fire Department, P.O. Box 591 or Lower Somerset County Ambulance and Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 406, both Crisfield, MD 21817.
