ST. PETERSBURG, FL-

Constance Faith Caton (Riggin) passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, one day before her 64 ^th birthday, at the St. Petersburg Nursing Rehabilitation Center, after a  long illness.

Born on February 20, 1955, raised in Crisfield, MD,  Connie was the daughter of Ernest W. Caton, Sr. (Ernie) and  Deen Caton Kislowski.

She graduated from Crisfield High School in 1973.

She is survived by her brothers – Dennis A. Caton and family,  Ernest W. Caton, Jr. (Bill) and family, and her four grand-children.

Connie was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband George M. Riggin, their daughter Michelle Leigh Riggin and her brother Robert Charles Caton.
