Clinton C. "CC" Mariner, III, 62, of Crisfield, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home.

Born in Pocomoke City on February 11, 1956, he was a son of the late Clinton C. Mariner, Jr. and Florine Twigg McCready.

He was a graduate of Crisfield High School Class of 1974 and later attended Delaware Technical Community College and Montgomery College.  He was the owner of Mariner's Auto Repair in Crisfield and worked as a mechanic.  He was also a member of the First Baptist Church and Mariners United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his father, Jerry W. McCready of Crisfield; his brother, Gary Hale and wife Tillie of Derwood, MD; and cousins, Donnie Bailey and Janet Scott both of Salisbury, Brantley Hart and Bonnie Campfield both of Edgewood, MD, David Crockett of Kingston, Donnie Crockett of Crisfield, Cindy Jones of Marion Station, Debbie Gales of North Carolina, and Linda Holland of Pocomoke City.

Funeral services at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 2 PM where a viewing will be held one hour prior.  The Reverends Sumner Jones and Steve Willing will officiate.  Interment will follow at Sunnyridge Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Lower Somerset Ambulance Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 409, Crisfield, MD 21817.
