Cleo Angeline Sneade Gerald, age 90, of Crisfield, Maryland, died Monday, June 27, 2022.

Born in Crisfield July 17, 1931, she was the daughter of the late David Franklin Sneade Jr. and Angeline Maddrix Sneade. She was preceded in death by Donald W. Gerald, her husband of 49 years, as well as her sister, Barbara Jane (Bunk) Pruitt, and brother, John Thomas "Tommy" Sneade.

A graduate of CHS class of 1948, Cleo was a homemaker and devoted caregiver for her son Patrick "Nick" Gerald for the past 68 years. She loved her family, enjoyed reading and was a wonderful cook.

She is survived by her brother, David F. Sneade III of Las Vegas, Nevada; five children:  daughters, Donna Bush (Barrie) of Danville, Kentucky and Christine Marshall (David) of Marion Station; sons, Barry R., Patrick L. "Nick" and David "Tebe" Gerald, all of Crisfield; eight grandchildren, Wendy Robertson, Erin Weller, Jon Robertson, Joanne Marshall, Carol M. Sterling, Matthew Gerald, Donald Gerald and Nicholas Gerald; seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
