Charles Thomas Brittingham, Jr., 64, of Crisfield, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026 at his home.

Born in Crisfield on May 5, 1962, he was a son of the late Charles Thomas Brittingham, Sr. and Belmont Somers Brittingham. His brother, Keith Brittingham, also preceded him in death.

Charles was owner and operator of Brittingham Carpet Service for many years. Most recently he was a tow truck operator and in his younger years he was a waterman. He enjoyed attending Living Hope Church of God when he was able.

He enjoyed fishing, arrowhead hunting, going to yard sales, and collecting old jars and crocks. Most of all, he loved his family and especially adored his granddaughters.

He is survived by three children, Charles T. "Charlie" Brittingham, III (Michele Brittingham), Chelsy Lynn Brittingham (Ronnie Sterling, Jr.), and Joey Brittingham; and two granddaughters, Skylar Alivia Brittingham and Maci Grace Brittingham.

Memorial services and urn interment in St. Paul's Cemetery are pending at this time.
