Charles William "Billy" Lowe, 65, of Westover, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025 at his home.

Born in Montgomery County, MD on August 8, 1959, he was a son of the late Charles L. "Sing" and Janet Barnhouse Lowe.

Charles worked as a farmer and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mowing the lawn. He also enjoyed singing karaoke. He loved his family greatly, and especially enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids.

He is survived by his wife, Linda  Kay Britton Lowe of Westover; children, Ann Britton Smullen/Weldon Ward of Princess Anne, Morgan Lowe Lambertson/Josh, Shannon Lowe/"Shaggy", and Harley Kennedy/ "Baby Al", all of Westover, Brad Hill of Crisfield and Whitney Nelson/T.C. of Marion; brother, "Boss" Lowe/Teya of Frederick County; sister, Rita Booth of Tazewell, VA; grandchildren, Chelsea/Cody and their son Beau, Lucas, Spencer, Chevie Leigh, Cheyenne, Colton, Chloe Noel, Shelby, and Bradley; uncle, Eugene Lowe of Princess Anne; close cousins, "Stinky" Lowe and Barry Lowe and family; his cousins and fishing buddies, Connie and Roger Gray;extended family, Jon Benton, Charlie and Sue Kennedy, and Brian Everhart/Amanda; several other aunts, uncles, and cousins and extended family; and many good friends and friends that he considered family.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara Ann Johnson, Linda "Nanny" Reed, and a special brother in Heaven, Buck Everhart.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Buck's Store in Perryhawkin at 3 PM. Please feel free to bring a covered dish and BYOB.
