Catherine Leona Stein (aka) Cate Stein, went home to the Lord May 1 ^st 2020 at the age of 68.

Cate Stein was born June 23, 1951 at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore Maryland.

She has 4 siblings, Sisters Carole, Dottie, Bea, and her Brother Ray. She is survived by her husband (Robert Stein) 64, and her 3 children Richard Hieronimus (47) Rose Zippler (42) and Thomas Zippler II (41).

She was an amazing person, accomplished and giving with strong faith in the Lord. Cate Stein completed her Bachelor's degree and finished Nursing School at Notre Dame in Baltimore. She finished school while working, and raising 3 children. She has 17 surviving Grandchildren, Richie Hieronimus (27) Jacob Hieronimus (21) Hannah Hieronimus (20) Alexis Zippler (20) Thomas Zippler III (19) Zachary Hieronimus (19) Courtney Zippler (17) Grace Hieronimus (16) Joshua Zippler (15) Daniel Zippler (13) Eli Hieronimus (13) Dakota Morrison (13) Payton Hieronimus (12) Ryleigh Hieronimus (10) Summer Zippler (9) Jonathan Zippler (8) Kennedy Hieronimus (6) who all gathered often at her home in Marion Station, MD. Kathy Ricker and Donna McKibbon were of her best and closest friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Beatrice; her sister, Carole Zissimos; and her grandson, Noah Hieronimus.

There will be a memorial service and celebration of life held at Thomas Zippler's house in Edgewood, MD on Saturday, June 20 ^th from 2p.m. til 6p.m. There will be a social family gathering following the memorial service.
