Carolee Matthews Creasy, 83, of Westover, died Monday, August 30, 2021 at Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield.

Born in Crisfield on January 28, 1938, she was the only child of the late John Weldon and Iva Mae Tyler Matthews.  Her husband, Evan Lee Creasy, preceded her in death on August 7, 1991.

She was a graduate of Marion High School class of 1956 and was cafeteria manager for Somerset County Public Schools at Westover and Marion schools.

She is survived by her son, Evan Lee Creasy, Jr. and wife Sharon of Westover; her daughter, Suzanne Tyler and husband Thurman of Marion; grandchildren, Thurman Travis "Trey" Tyler, III and (Kim) and Michael Alexander Tyler (Ashley); step-grandchildren, Joshua Croxton and Lesa Croxton; and great-grandchildren, Kaylin Tyler, Reagan Tyler and Natalie Causey.

A graveside funeral service and interment will be Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1 PM in Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne.  Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate.
