CAROL JEAN McMANN SNEADE, 74, of Crisfield, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at McCready Memorial Hospital in Crisfield. She had been a resident of the Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home since February.

Born on Tangier Island, Virginia November 18, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Mildred Crockett McMann.

She was a retired home health caregiver and a member of Somerset Free Methodist Church in Crisfield.

She is survived by her sister, Darlene McMann Pruitt and husband Jim of Crisfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, George C. McMann, and two sisters, Virginia Parks and Cynthia McMann.

A graveside memorial service and urn interment will be held Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 11 AM in Sunnyridge Memorial Park in Crisfield. The Rev. Samuel Horner will officiate.
