Carl Lee Emely, 77, of Crisfield, died Sunday, May 23, 2021 at TidalHealth McCready in Crisfield.

Born in Crisfield April 27, 1944, he was a son of the late Stewart Emely, Sr. and Clara Tyler Emely.  He was a seafood waterman and a graduate of Crisfield High School.  He also served in the Army National Guard.

He is survived by three brothers, Stewart Emely (Joanna) and Paul Emely, all of Crisfield, and David Emely (Wanda) of Westover; nieces and nephews, Maria Brittingham (Mike) of Hebron, Christy Emely of Crisfield, Erik Emely (Jamie) of Crisfield, Stephen Emely (Kim) of Salisbury, Lisa Walter (Alex) of Fruitland, and Bruce Emely (Elizabeth) of Crisfield; and cousins, Glen Evans (Ellen) of Salisbury, and Ellen Ann Daisey (Asher), Harvey Tyler, and Danny Tyler (Vera) all of Crisfield.

A memorial service will be Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2 PM at the Crisfield Wesleyan Church where a visitation will be one hour prior.  Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate.  Urn interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
