Bonnie Lee Kauffman, 54, of Pasadena, died Saturday, February 27, 2021 in Marion Station.

Born in Baltimore on March 26, 1966 and raised in Pasadena, she was a daughter of Marguerite Catherine Thompson Deweese of Marion Station and the late Ellis Deweese.

She was a graduate of North East High School class of 1984 and worked as a medical assistant with Clearway Pain Management in Annapolis.  She enjoyed her job and loved helping others. Bonnie loved being by the water and she cherished spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, Marguerite Deweese of Marion Station; two children, A.J. Kauffman and Meghan Kauffman, both of Marion Station; sister, Carlene Wells and her husband Kenneth of Marion Station; grandson, Andrew Kauffman; nieces, Ashley Garpstas and her daughter Anabelle, and Amber Fernau and her son Adam; nephew, Shane Wells; and one grandson on the way.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a niece, Emma.

A memorial service officiated by the Rev. Stephen S. Willing will be Friday, March 12, 2021 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
