YVONNE ELIZABETH "BETTY" HILL, 67, of Crisfield, died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Peninsula Regional Medical in Salisbury.

Born in Stotesbury, West Virginia on October 4, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Barnabi Armstrong.

She was the cook at Watermen's Inn restaurant for the past 25 years and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary's of the VFW Post 8274 and American Legion Post #16, all of Crisfield.

She is survived by her husband, George; three children, Dreama Hill and fiancé Ed, Debbie Haddaway and husband Bob and George Hill, Jr. and wife Amanda; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister.

A memorial service will be held Monday, October 27, 2008 at 5 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield with Rev. Bob Daniels officiating.
