Barry Clark "Rocky" Chew, Jr., 45, of Crisfield, died Wednesday, July 22, 2020 in Glen Burnie, MD.

Born in Pasadena on July 7, 1975, he was the son of Barry and Marguerite Chew of Crisfield.

A graduate of Crisfield High School class of 1993, he was a Master Plumber and worked for himself and several contractors throughout the Eastern Shore and Baltimore.

He was a commercial waterman and his passion was being on the water.   He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Barry C., Sr. and Marguerite Chew of Crisfield; three children whom he adored, Lauren Chew, Liam Chew, and Luna Chew; sister, Buffy Lyn Chew of Crisfield; step-siblings, Matthew Hendrix and Kelly Hendrix, both of Berlin; nieces and nephews, Blair, Bridget, and Brooke Hancock, Winter and Willow Hendrix, and Katelyn Shea; uncle, William H. Chew and wife Linda of Pasadena and their family, Brian and Tonya Chew, and Ashley, Amber, Brendan, and Bradley Chew, all of Pasadena; his companion, Ariel Killmon of Fruitland; and many friends.

An Outdoor Memorial Service at the American Legion in Crisfield will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 1:30 PM. There will be a visitation with the family one hour prior to the service. Rev. Robert Daniels will officiate.
