ANNE E. BAUMEISTER, 81, of Monroeville, PA and formerly of Crisfield, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville.

Born in Crisfield, MD on December 6, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Allan and Katie Nelson Somers.

A homemaker, she loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing BINGO, and board games with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed poker, dominos, and pinochle.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth A. Baumeister of Monroeville; three children, Elsie Cooper and her husband Johnny and Lewis Culbertson and his wife Pat, all of Crisfield, and Sharon Campbell and her husband James of Monroeville; a brother, Allan "Froggy" Somers of Crisfield; a special sister, Elizabeth Roush of Princess Anne; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Ellen Collins, John Wesley Evans, Lucy Turack, Evelyn Parker and Jeanette Abbott Dickerson.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 PM at the Crisfield Church of God. The Rev. LeBron Palmer will officiate. Interment will follow in Crisfield Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday evening from 7-9 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
