Anna M. Pennewell, 102, of Marion Station, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born in Marion Station she was the daughter of the late J. Stanley Adams and Irma Tull Adams. Her husband, Robert William Pennewell died in 1965.

She was a member of the Marion Baptist Church and the former Order of the Eastern Star Chesapeake Chapter # 28 of Crisfield. She was the owner of the former J. Stanley Adams Hardware Store in Marion Station.

Surviving is her faithful and devoted friend, Donald Howard, of Marion Station.

Memorial services officiated by the Rev. Joe Barnes will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield where an Eastern Star memorial service will be held. Inurnment will be private at her family plot at St. Paul's Cemetery in Marion Station.
